Abacus Constructed provides general contracting and construction management for commercial projects throughout the Charlotte region and across the NC/SC border. Our experience includes restaurants, hospitality spaces, medical and professional offices, nail salons, private venues, retail spaces, and other specialized commercial environments. Every commercial project has its own goals, requirements, and personality. Our team coordinates the people and details behind the build so the finished space supports the business it was created for. We stay involved from preconstruction and permitting through trade coordination, inspections, finishes, and turnover. We also take on select residential projects, including renovations, additions, and new construction.
