A young family of four who spent most of their evenings in the kitchen but felt boxed in by it. They wanted more counter, more light, and a place where the kids could sit while they cooked.
Pulled the wall separating the kitchen from the dining room, dropped in a green painted island to anchor the space, and ran arched casework into the new fridge bay so it read as original.
From demo to first dinner in seven weeks. Came in $1,800 under the signed estimate.
